Snow 11-16 thru 11-17 so far!

Howdy, this is snow! We are in a lull as it is only lightly snowing right now, but we are in a winter storm watch, which means it's happening. Expect another 6-10 inches. It looks so pretty outside, so serene, peaceful and cold.

Email from Senator Michael Enzi about being a Wolf Hater and Murderer!

Mike Enzi, just another low-information senator against wolves! It's a shame our elected officials are so ignorant and uninformed about serious issues, but then again ranchers who are leading and pushing this meme are part of agribusiness in this state. Agribusiness represents less then 5% of the states GDP, but there are a disproportionate amount in our state legislature and senate, and are kowtowed too at every corner. Mike Enzi is no different, disregarding the facts in favor of fantasy. SHAME on Mike Enzi, John Barrasso and Cynthia Lummis! SHAME on them!

Here is a letter I received from Mikey about his stance on wolves. The states plan is to shoot them on sight, as a predator in 95% of the state. We only have about 300 in the entire state, so what the hell is wrong with these wolf slaughterers'?

Dear William:

I strongly support removing the gray wolf from the endangered species list.  Wolves are predators, and allowing wolf numbers to grow unchecked endangers our big game herds and the livelihoods of ranchers and livestock owners.  The Endangered Species Act (ESA) should be about making endangered and threatened wildlife populations healthy again.  I am disappointed that it has become a tool to perpetually protect a species that has already met recovery goals and now poses a threat to our state's wildlife and agricultural producers.

On April 15, President Obama signed legislation that included measures to delist the gray wolf in Montana and Idaho and parts of Washington, Oregon, and Utah.  Wyoming was not included because of how our state's management plan differentiates between wolves in Yellowstone National Park, their traditional range outside of Yellowstone, and the rest of the state.  Governor Mead subsequently worked to reach an agreement with the Fish and Wildlife Service on a plan to move forward.  I support the outline of that plan and commend Governor Mead's efforts.

Wyoming must be able to manage wolves at the state level, and I will do all I can to help make that happen.  While I understand your concerns about Governor Mead's three zone plan for wolf management, wolves have met their recovery goals and keeping them on the endangered species list is not necessary.

Sincerely,
Michael B. Enzi
United States Senator

Sen. Johnny "TV" Barrasso on FOXNEWS Thursday, 8:00 pm MT w/Greta Van Susteren

Dear America,
Another E-Mail from Johnny "TV" Barrasso as this dude really likes being on TV. But if you have ever watched him, he is like a pre-programmed bot-sockpuppet, and he just regurgitates whatever has been pre-programmed into him by his masters, like the Koch Brothers. If there is ever a poster-child of why we should get stricter campaign financing rules, it's Johnny "TV" Barrasso. He comes from the smallest state, representing 1/600 of the American population, and even a smaller percentage have actually voted for him, yet he has received the largest campaign donations from big energy and oil. What is wrong with that picture? And he was elected in 2008 to fill in the remainder of the term of the previous senator who died, Sen. Thomas yet already holds a leadership position in the republican caucus in the senate. Why? His face being constantly on TV and Wyoming and the nations big energy and oil connections. The old quid pro quo. On top of all this, he appears to repeat himself a lot, always saying the people in Wyoming know what's better for Wyoming then Washington does, yet excepts millions from Washington lobbyist/corporations to do their bidding, and screw Wyoming. The man is a living contradiction.

Lummis Tells Super committee to "Cowboy Up" as she reverts to same ole- same ole' BS

Lummis justifies her being part of the group of 100 and the idea of revenue generation is not tax increases to her troglodyte sheeple. How sad and pathetic this is.

District Update | November 6, 2011
U.S. Congressman Cynthia Lummis
Dear Friends,

On Wednesday, I joined a group of 100 Members of Congress, comprised of Democrats and Republicans, that called on the Super committee to give America a solution that is so big, so comprehensive, and so inclusive, that it makes the meaningful reforms necessary to far surpass the Super committee's goal of cutting $1.2 trillion from the deficit. I want to see Washington cutting $4 trillion, $8 trillion, or even $10 trillion over the next 10 years. The point of this gathering was not to suggest to the committee how to come up with a solution; rather, it was a bipartisan showing of our support from 100 of the House's 435 members and almost half of the Senate.
Along with the bipartisan group, I told the committee to "cowboy up," forgo the toxic political atmosphere in Washington, and focus on discussing all options on the table, including addressing entitlements and revenue generation.
Some people confuse the concept of revenue generation with tax increases; those ideas are not interchangeable. Revenue comes in many forms. I support producing more American oil and gas, both onshore and off-shore, thereby raising revenues by increasing royalty income. Increased energy production will not only benefit the nation's fiscal situation, it will also free up the budgets of families who are struggling to make ends meet as energy prices continue to remain high.

I also believe reforming the tax code – broadening the base by limiting loopholes, deduction and credits, while simultaneously reducing the tax rate – is a viable solution to getting control of America's runaway debt.  A tax plan that promotes economic growth leads to increased government revenues.

Sincerely,

Representative Cynthia Lummis

Congressman Cynthia Lummis points to  90,000+ pages of new government regulations placed on businesses so far in 2011. Although they don't come close to how many the previous Republican Admin enacted, it was good P.R. to her flock of anti-intellectual sheep.

Mayor Jean Quan's Statement about Day of Action on November 2, 2011

News from: The Office of Mayor Jean Quan
November 1, 2011
Mayor Jean Quan's Statement Concerning
Day of Action on November 2, 2011
It is my expectation that tomorrow's general strike is peaceful and places the issues of the 99% front and center. I am working with the police chief to
make sure that the pro-99% activists – whose cause I support – will have the freedom to get their message across without the conflict that marred
last week's events. Although getting the balance right is never an easy task, in Oakland we are committed to honoring free speech and protecting
public safety.
The protestors are raising important issues that we must confront. Oakland is a city struggling with high levels of unemployment,
underemployment, foreclosure, and budget cuts. We all have to work together to solve these problems.
Tomorrow  morning, Chief Jordan and Administrator Santana and I will open the Emergency Operations Center early in the morning and work together to monitor the situation and maintain peace. I call on everyone to lift up important issues and to lift up peace.
In the short term, I want to encourage everyone to support our small businesses, especially those in the downtown core who have experienced
declining patronage. They are a part of the 99%, and they are essential to our local economy.

Two shades of gray!

Howdy You All,

See if you know the answer-
Are the two boxes below the same exact shade of gray?
It's a NO right?

Now cover the middle area where the two boxes meet with your hand or fingers.

Watch closely.

Are you Surprised? :P

Remember, things in life may not be as they appear, and that covers all aspects of one's life, including one's vision.

Best wishes always,
Bill Harasym
